Current Information:Age-28 29 Ennismore Avenue, Chiswick Born-Hammersmith Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentieres, France In May 1916, 17th Division including 10th West Yorkshire of 50 Brigade, were holding the line around Armentieres in France. On 5th May, 1916, three London men, including Sidney Hannington, were killed in action but the Regimental History has no information concerning the events of that day.
